This list forms part of the Niello Privacy Policy. It describes the providers, data and contact channels involved in relevant features. We send only information needed for each feature, not the same dataset to every provider. Using AI does not upload your entire photo library or private iCloud journal library.

Processing and retention
The brands and principal operating entities are listed above. The applicable entity for platforms such as Apple depends on your location and their terms. Services may involve processing outside your country; cross-border processing follows our Privacy Policy and applicable notice and authorization requirements. A provider’s headquarters is not a guarantee of the location of every processing activity.
Processing and retention of API content, service logs and backups follow the terms applicable to the service used. General policies for a provider’s own websites or apps do not replace Niello’s notice. Our online task cleanup does not mean provider copies are deleted at the same time.
